Why "no upload" matters

Most online converters work by asking you to hand your files to a stranger's server, waiting for that server to process them, and hoping the copy is deleted. Contracts, ID scans, medical letters and pay slips deserve better.

PeliTools works differently: the converters are programs your browser downloads once and runs locally. Your file is opened, converted and saved inside this tab. You can verify it: open your browser's Network tab while converting and watch no request carry your file. That is the whole trick, and it is also why conversion starts instantly, with no upload queue.
