What this is

PeliTools is a free set of browser-based file tools. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable; if any part ever conflicts with the plain meaning here, the plain meaning wins.

Your files

Your files never leave your device: the tools run entirely in your browser, and nothing is uploaded to us (Stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.). You keep every right to the files you convert. We claim no licence over your content, because we never receive it.

No warranty

The tools are provided as-is, free of charge. Conversion is lossy by nature for some formats, and results can be imperfect. Nothing here is a substitute for professional advice on legal, medical or financial documents. Always keep your originals.

Acceptable use

Use the site for files you have the right to process. Do not use it to manufacture material that is illegal where you live, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or automate it in ways that degrade it for others.

Limitations

Per-file size limits exist because a browser tab has finite memory, not because of metering. Tools may change, improve or be retired; the core set (PDF, image and data tools) is here to stay.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, including data loss. Since your files are processed on your own device, keeping backups of anything important is in your hands, and we say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site grows. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
