Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
The short version
Stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Every converter on this site is a program your browser downloads once and runs locally. Your files are opened, converted and saved inside your own tab. There is no upload step, no queue and no server copy, because there is no server code at all.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletters. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies today.
Your browser stores two small things on your device so the site works the way you left it: your light/dark theme choice and the options you last used on each tool. Both stay in your browser's local storage, never leave your device, and disappear when you clear site data.
What we do not collect
- Your files, in any form, at any point.
- Your name, email address or payment details.
- Advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking data.
How you can verify the promise
Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and convert a file. You will see the page load once; after that, no request carries your file. The conversion code is plain JavaScript and WebAssembly served from this site, and it runs inside your tab with no network permissions beyond loading its own code.
Hosting
The site itself is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's network sees standard request metadata (your IP address, the pages you request, the time) as a technical necessity of delivering the site. We do not add analytics on top of that today.
Advertising and cookies, later
We plan to support the site with advertising eventually. When that happens: ad slots will be clearly labelled, ads will not run before a consent banner gives you a real choice, and this policy will be updated first with exactly what is loaded and why. Files you convert will still never be uploaded, before or after that change.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be written in plain language, not legal fog.
